This class will include a dry land SUP demo that will review the equipment and basic paddling technique. Once on the water we will warm up with a 10 min paddle. Then, SUP yogis will take their yoga poses to a new level while floating and enjoying the elements around them. The core muscles will be challenged in a new way and body awareness will become paramount as natural alignment shift against the moving surface. The sensation of floating will help to alleviate stress while creating focus and motivation.
