Stand up paddleboarding (SUP) is a fun and relaxing way to be out on the water! Not only is it a great workout that builds core strength and balance but a great time with awesome people! This fun class will challenge you and rejuvenate your spirit!
Imagine the sun on your face, a gentle breeze blowing across your skin, as you lift your self into upward facing dog, or floating weightlessly in savasana, fingers dipping into the cool water during your final relaxation.
Classes are open to all levels, whether you are new to paddling, or new to yoga, or both. Basic paddle instruction will be given at the start of each class.
