About This Adventure

Experience the tranquility of nature with our unique Yoga and SUP session, blending mindfulness and movement on the water. Perfect for all skill levels, this 1.5-hour class utilizes specially designed paddle boards, ensuring a supportive practice. Enjoy a serene connection with yourself and the environment while staying safe and warm.

Duration: 1 1/2 hour

We combine Yoga and SUP to create a beautifully flowing and connected experience on water. Led by our SUP Yoga Teacher , on our Yoga Specific Paddle Boards- especially designed to support your Yoga Practice.

Yoga is the perfect way to connect with nature and yourself. This blue mind inspired practice is suitable for beginners to SUP and Yoga.

  • Board

  • Buoyancy aid

We provide the SUP, Paddles, wetsuit, wetsuit socks or gloves and buoyancy aid to keep you warm and safe. If you prefer to use your own equipment you are welcome to do so.

Important to Know

  • We also suggest that you check the local weather forecast before hand and dress accordingly.
  • Remember to bring some water, a towel or beach robe and a change of warm clothes
  • If its wet and you feel the cold a light windproof/ waterproof jacket and woolly hat can be worn over the wetsuit to add extra warmth.
  • On sunnier summer days remember the sun cream and a sun hat - go for waterproof cream and apply an hour before so that it soaks in well- can cause you to slip on the board of its not well absorbed.
