Perfect for all skill levels, this 1.5-hour class utilizes specially designed paddle boards, ensuring a supportive practice. We combine Yoga and SUP to create a beautifully flowing and connected experience on water. Led by our SUP Yoga Teacher , on our Yoga Specific Paddle Boards- especially designed to support your Yoga Practice.
Yoga is the perfect way to connect with nature and yourself. This blue mind inspired practice is suitable for beginners to SUP and Yoga.
We provide the SUP, Paddles, wetsuit, wetsuit socks or gloves and buoyancy aid to keep you warm and safe. If you prefer to use your own equipment you are welcome to do so.
