Paddleboarding experience is not required but recommended. . New to SUP Yoga? This increasingly popular form of yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the challenge of balancing on the paddleboard. The boards will be anchored in a stable position and will become your floating yoga mat. Paddleboard yoga helps to engage core muscles and focus on balance – the SUP adds another dimension that requires strength and stability. SUP yoga offers many benefits including improved balance, core strength, mindfulness and focus, connection with nature, and a full body workout! .
