Wir machen Dich fit für SUP Races. Dazu zählt die intensive Schulung von Techniken wie Forward Stroke und Pivot Turn ebenso wie Performance Training.

Gestartet wird mit einer kurzen Erwärmung an Land. Damit bekommst Du Ideen für deine ganz individuelle Routine vor dem Training und Wettkampf. Danach geht es aufs Wasser. Je nach aktuellem Programm variieren wir zwischen folgenden Schwerpunkten:

individuelle Übungen zur Optimierung der Technik des Forward Stroke Startvarianten: Beachstart, Sitzstart, Startreihe Bojenturn Drafting Intervall Training Grundlagenausdauer Die ideale Vorbereitung auf Deine Wettkämpfe oder einfach für Dein sportliches Paddeln! Regelmäßige Teilnahme verfestigt die Verbesserungen, führt zu einer spürbaren Steigerung der Leistung und fördert das Teamgefühl im Training. Darum bieten wir Monatskarten von 1-4 Monaten (4-16 Trainings) mit entsprechenden Rabatten von 10-40% oder die monatliche Gebühr i.H.v. 125€. Dein Wachstum ist unser Antrieb!
