Join our 6-week SUP Technique course to master foundational skills and boost your confidence on the water! With PaddleFit Certified instructors, personalized goal tracking, and video evaluations, you'll experience tailored guidance in a small group setting. Enjoy included lake access and make unforgettable memories while honing your paddleboarding abilities!

A $25 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to hold your spot. This will be applied to your balance due on the first day of class. If you choose to cancel your registration, you will lose your deposit.
The $150 fee covers 6 weeks of classes every Monday. IF you miss a class, you will be allowed to make up date IF options are available. IF the class is canceled due to weather or other issues by the instructor, those classes will be rescheduled at the end of the initial 6 weeks.
A Lake pass for the duration of class each night is included in your fee. If you do not have a lake pass but wish to come paddle and practice at other times, please stop and purchase an annual fee for $55 at the SFL Office. WORTH EVERY PENNY!
This SUP Technique course will run 6 weeks with the purpose of learning foundational stroke techniques, maneuvering, turning, and gain confidence and competency on the water. Individual goals will be set and tracked each week via journaling and up to 2 video evaluations. One at the beginning and one at the end.
Our instructors are PaddleFit Certified and have multiple years of experience between them. We will strive to keep you safe and improve your personal SUP goals over this course.
