Discover beautiful Lake Minnetonka while practicing yoga aboard a paddleboard with our exclusive SUP Yoga class in Wayzata! Our beginner-friendly practice under the full moon combines nature, paddleboarding, and yoga, offering a one-of-a-kind experience that will elevate your mind and body. Our innovative format challenges you to find a new level of balance while floating on the water. This class is open to beginners, as well as those with experience looking to practice their skills. Paddleboarding experience is not required but recommended. This is a special, 2-hour class that takes place once a month on the full moon. We'll start with a solar-powered vinyasa class followed by a restorative yin class. After class, we invite you to paddle the water and enjoy the sunset on the lake. From sun-bathing to moon-bathing, this event is a must-experience with glow sticks, pictures, and more! . New to SUP Yoga? This increasingly popular form of yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the challenge of balancing on the paddleboard. The boards will be anchored in a stable position and will become your floating yoga mat. Paddleboard yoga helps to engage core muscles and focus on balance – the SUP adds another dimension that requires strength and stability. SUP yoga offers many benefits including improved balance, core strength, mindfulness and focus, connection with nature, and a full body workout! .
