This course is for paddlers who want to take their SUP and fitness to the next level. Improve your Paddling Efficency, Skills, Navigation and Safety. Racing clinics available too! These sessions can be customized for you or your group. Let us know what works for you!


What to Bring

  • Wear clothing suitable for the weather conditions and water activity (we do not recommend cotton)
  • Bring a towel, change of clothes (just in case)
  • Drysuits, boots & gloves can be added to your session (additional fee applies).
  • Make sure you have a strap for your glasses
  • Leave your electronic keys, phone, etc. with us or on shore or rent a dry bag for your gear
