Vi arbejder med vores turns, beach starts, prøver at øge vores udholdenhed og fart, arbejder med teknik og laver intervaltræning. Vi er på private race boards eller klubbens cruise boards. Denne SUP Race træning er ikke for begyndere, men man kan godt være med selvom man ikke ønsker at konkurrere og man kan altid springe over et par sprints eller padle tilbage før de andre. Typisk padler vi 7-15km med høj intensitet.
