Join us soon for this 1.75 hour incredibly fun introductory-SUP lesson & paddle-tour upon nearby Belews Lake in Forsyth County (adjacent to Guilford County line). This basic session provides methodical coaching for you to learn (or polish) a new skill(s), while also enjoying some Triad lake life. Even if you have "some" SUP experience, you will likely learn new SUP insights throughout this basic PaddleFit SUP class. If you listen to your instructor you won't get wet (unless you want to). All modern equipment is included. Return to our website and view our Into-to-SUP video or call our local office (336-722-7777) if any questions might remain.

NOTE: Tickets should be purchased in advance either online or by calling us at (336) 722-7777. If you have fewer than an equivalent of 3 guests (max. 13), consider reaching out to family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, or church members to join you In any case... book your desired party size, and we will reach out within 24 hours of the start time to let you know if the minimum has not been met.... for a refund or to reschedule (or to secure the minimum yourself).

Gratuities also are not included, but always greatly appreciated by our SUP coach if you liked the lesson.
