Experience the unique blend of Paddleboard Pilates, perfect for all skill levels! Enjoy a refreshing workout on the water with certified instructors, complete with safety briefings. All necessary equipment is provided, making it an exciting opportunity to enhance your fitness while surrounded by the beauty of Saguaro Lake.
Join us for a special session of Paddleboard Pilates. This class is designed for all levels. No prior paddle board experience is required, but you will need to be comfortable in the water as well as be able to swim. This is a workshop with certified SUP instructor and each session has a land-based safety and instruction brief before launching.
Cost is $65 per person. Class includes paddleboards, paddles, leashes and life-jackets. Just meet at the shoreline and bring your hat, sunscreen and wear something that can get wet.
There is an option to bring your own board for $40. If you are bringing your own board, please be sure to bring a life-jacket as they are required to be "worn or carried" on Saguaro Lake.

Arriving 15 minutes early will ensure you have time for the safety briefing and equipment fitting without feeling rushed.
