About:

SPACE IS LIMITED TO 10/CLASS

While SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) is a FULL body workout on its own, this Core & Cadence Class will run with the purpose of building core and cadence fitness via consistency and some sprint intervals. Building your core using proper paddle techniques and finding that consistency in your cadence goes a long way in aerobic excercise, giving you more sustainability while out paddling. Training will include coaching and professional instruction to help you improve your skills along with your confidence in paddling.

Board, Paddle, PFD provided.

Classes will be rescheduled IF winds are above 25 or when weather considered dangerous for water activity prohibits us from getting on the water, i.e. lightning and thunder storms, etc.

Lake Pass:

A Lake permit for the duration of class each morning is included in your fee. If you do not have a lake pass but wish to come paddle and practice at other times, please stop and purchase an annual fee for $55 at the SFL Office. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Our instructors are PaddleFit Certified and have more than 10 years of experience between them. We will strive to keep you safe and improve your personal SUP goals over this course.

Each class is limited to 10 participants.
