Enjoy calming herbal teas and nourishing snacks by the campfire, all while connecting with nature. Perfect for all abilities, this unique evening promises relaxation and mindfulness in a serene setting.

Duration: 3 hours

Feel your stresses flow away off the board, and come away feeling relaxed, refreshed and happy – one of the core values of the Paddle Cabin. Our mini-retreat run by our qualified Blue Health SUP Coach combines yoga on the board and meditation around our campfire - a mindful experience connecting you with nature and your surroundings.

Not only will we enjoy a relaxed evening under the stars, but we provide calming herbal teas and nourishing snacks good for your soul too to enjoy around our campfire by our rustic cabin. Open to all abilities and beginners, no paddle boarding or yoga or meditation experience is required, just an open mind and get ready to relax into our restorative evening.

Each mini-retreat has its own theme - join us for one that feels like the right time, right place, or join for the entire series. Either way, you are so welcome - we can't wait for a special evening together.

What to bring

Check out our Adventure Prep page that’s included in the confirmation note for more details of what to wear and what to bring with you.

All equipment and wetsuits are provided but if you have your own board that you will be using, let us know in this booking form.

What to expect

Say hello to our crew at the cabin and we’ll help you with kit and equipment to get you ready for the water. We’ll run you through some essentials on land before walking your boards a couple metres to our private jetty. Once on the water, we’ll introduce you to the paddle life as we create the experience you were hoping for. After you’ve made your soul happy, we’ll pop back to the cabin for a campfire to reflect on today’s slice of adventure.

Meeting Point

At the Paddle Cabin unless we contact you 24 hours prior with a change of plan due to the weather or river conditions.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session to get kitted up with us. If you are bringing your own board, please arrive with enough time to inflate it - it always takes longer than you think.
