A fun and safe introduction to stand up paddling, with family, friends or meeting new people who have a similar interest. You will be safe in the hands of the most highly skilled, experienced and well qualified SUP guides in Kent. You literally can’t get paddling in Sussex like this anywhere else!
What will you get?
You’ll get familiarised with the equipment, ready to enjoy a fully supported session with one of our qualified instructors – a mini adventure to remember!
You can look forward to 2 hours of more fun than you can shake a stick at, you’ll achieve more than you expect! Paddling in a straight line, how to turn, paddling in a kneeling or sitting position, and more importantly, simple, efficient paddling so that you get the benefit of using the right muscles!
We provide all equipment, including wetsuits – all you need is a pair of shoes you don’t mind getting wet (not flipflops or crocs though please!) and your sense of humour!
Location: The Hub, Quarry Farm, Bodiam, Robertsbridge, TN32 5RA (find us on Google Maps) Please park at The Hub and follow signs to our location by the River.
Get to your session at least 15 minutes early to settle in and meet your instructor.
Protect your skin from the sun during your paddle and consider wearing a hat and sunglasses.
Bring water to stay refreshed during the activity, especially on warm days.
Listen carefully to your instructor’s tips on paddling and safety procedures.
