Bring sturdy waterproof footwear (we would recommend aqua socks, Crocs or similar shoes). Also be sure to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, a strap to hold any glasses you are wearing and also to wear sunscreen.
Always wear a properly fitted life jacket provided by PADL Amelia for safety on the water.
Use waterproof sunscreen and wear a hat to protect against Florida’s strong sun, especially during sunset.
