Policies

  • Cancellation Policy: If you're local, reschedule! Otherwise, all cancellations must be made more than 72 hours in advance of the appointment for a 75% refund (all of our activities are 25% non-refundable). After this period you will be locked into the reservation and cancellations made will not be eligible for a refund. This cancellation policy applies even if you cancel immediately after booking, and also if you book an appointment within that 72-hour time period, so we highly recommend making sure with your group that this time works for all of you before booking the appointment.
  • Rescheduling Policy: All rescheduling must be made 72 hours in advance of the booking. If you are sick, please call us and we will reschedule you for some time more than two weeks out.
  • Weather Policy: We ride rain or shine! While our Austin skies are normally sunny and beautiful, it does sometimes rain. If that does happen to be the case, we'll provide rain slickers to keep you dry and recommend wearing gloves to keep you warm. If we deem the weather to be too dangerous to ride, we'll either give you a rain check, reschedule you, or give you a Rainy Day Rodeo Ride in our covered riding arena.
  • Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed on the property.
  • Pet Policy: Visitor's pets are not allowed on the ranch.
