About

A lesson in shucking and a whole bunch of oysters! Following the tour, a private table awaits you at The Raw Bar.

BYOB to be enjoyed on the boat portion only.

Age restrictions No age limit. Tours are geared towards adults but kids are welcome. Babies must be strapped to an adult, we provide coast guard approved life jackets you may also bring your own for children.

Farm & Hatchery

You get to see the equipment used and techniques. As the seasons change, the activities of the hatchery change also.

May - June lots of activity in the hatchery in this beautiful time of year on the farm.

July-September spawning has wrapped up, you will see see oysters seed in our upwellers getting ready to go to our nursery in the back river. Enjoy the beautiful weather.

Wednesday - Friday you get a great chance to see the farmers at work and interact with them!

Bring a Light Jacket

Even in summer, winds off the bay can be cool on the water—layer up for comfort.

Children Welcome with Life Jackets

All ages are invited, but infants must be securely strapped to an adult; life jackets are provided and can also be brought by guests.

BYOB for the Boat

You can bring your own beverages to enjoy during the boat portion of the tour, so pack what you like to sip.

Book Weekday Trips for Farm Activity

Tours Wednesday through Friday offer the best chance to see farmers actively working in the hatchery and oyster beds.
