##About Watersport rentals depart from the Ridges Road Beach in Baileys Harbor.

##Requirements

• All participants require a Waiver of Release and if they are under 18 they will need a legal guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf.
• Clothing that can get wet.
• Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water.
• Positive and adventurous attitude.

##Health and Safety

• Participants will not be permitted to participate if under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or impairing prescription drugs.
• Pregnant women are not advised to participate unless cleared by their doctor.
• We are not doctors, so if anyone is unsure if they should be kayaking with a particular medical condition, you should consult your doctor prior to going.
• Lakeshore Adventures will give you safety recommendations relating to the water conditions, but you are responsible for the safety of yourself and your group during your rental.

Lakeshore Adventures reserves the right to exclude anyone from participating in any and all activities for any reason which might compromise the health and safety of you, our clients or our staff. Exceptions to any of Lakeshore Adventures requirements are at the sole discretion of the management.
