All group airport shuttles will utilize an Iowa State University marked vehicle and be driven by an Iowa State University employee. Available dates and times listed are guaranteed to run regardless of how many riders book. Group shuttles must be booked 24 hours in advance.
Special Events - If you have a group of 3 or more going to the airport on a date/time not showing as available for booking, please contact Transportation Services for additional availability.

Commercial/Hotel Shuttle lane across from baggage claim NOTE: Allow 30 minutes from the time your plane is schedule to arrive for deboarding and baggage. Shuttles will leave on the hour scheduled.
