Enjoy a leisurely cruise and informative narration by our Captain along Florida’s beautiful inland waters aboard the StarLite Majesty. Sightseeing on one of the outer decks or luncheon service in our climatically controlled dining areas will make this a cruise to remember. For sightseeing passengers, cocktail service and appetizers are available.

Beef Burgundy Beef tenderloin pieces served over a bed of white rice with a burgundy & mushroom sauce ($14.95)

Shrimp Creole Our version of this New Orleans classic combines tender gulf shrimp with fresh vegetables in a mild tomato creole sauce, served with white rice ($15.95)

Chicken Caesar Salad Tender pieces of lightly seasoned chicken breast served over fresh romaine tossed in creamy Caesar dressing with herbed croutons and Parmesan ($13.95)
