Adventure Tips

Book longer lessons if new to water sports

Taking at least 30 minutes per person helps build comfort around boats and water, ensuring you get the most from your lesson.

Wear secure swimwear and sunscreen

Water sports expose you to sun and spray—choose swimwear that stays put and apply waterproof sunscreen before heading out.

Arrive 20 minutes early to prepare

Getting settled before your lesson avoids rushing and lets your coach tailor your session more effectively.

Bring a change of clothes and towel

Post-lesson swimwear changes and drying off by the lake make your day more comfortable and enjoyable.
