Embark on an exciting 90-minute Stand Up Paddleboarding course designed for everyone! Learn essential techniques and safety tips while exploring the water. With a qualified instructor guiding you, discover various boards and equipment, and master skills like self-rescue and proper posture. No prior experience needed—just bring your swimwear and enthusiasm!

We show you the basic techniques of Stand Up Paddling and introduce important safety aspects. In addition, we provide you with useful information on the different types of boards and equipment available in the market and their applications. Out on the water we take a small paddle to get used to SUP and to learn important techniques including; self-rescue, alertness and movement, proper posture and technique.
This course is suitable for "everyone" and you do not need any prior knowledge except to be able to swim (50 meters).
Qualified instructor, SUP board, leash, dry / wet suit if required.
According to the weather: water, packed lunch, hat, swimwear, sunglasses, neoprene sock or wool sock, wool underwear and a warm change.
Bring your swimsuit, towel, and a water bottle to stay comfortable throughout the lesson.
Check the weather forecast before your session; calm waters make for the best learning conditions.
Choose clothing that won't stain easily in case of splashes or falls.
Arrive 15 minutes early to get fitted with gear and go over safety instructions.
