About

We show you the basic techniques of Stand Up Paddling and introduce important safety aspects. In addition, we provide you with useful information on the different types of boards and equipment available in the market and their applications. Out on the water we take a small paddle to get used to SUP and to learn important techniques including; self-rescue, alertness and movement, proper posture and technique.

Who is the course for?

This course is suitable for "everyone" and you do not need any prior knowledge except to be able to swim (50 meters).

What is included?

Qualified instructor, SUP board, leash, dry / wet suit if required.

What should you bring?

According to the weather: water, packed lunch, hat, swimwear, sunglasses, neoprene sock or wool sock, wool underwear and a warm change.
