White Squirrel Paddle Boards operates in Transylvania County, offering stand-up paddleboard (SUP) day rentals at local lakes. The business provides personalized delivery to lake access points within Transylvania County and includes a brief lesson for beginners covering basic paddling technique, safety, and board handling.
Rentals are available as single-day experiences. Guests can choose inflatable SUPs for remote or hard-to-access launch sites and standard boards for typical lake access. Inflatable options are highlighted for their portability and suitability when transportation to launch points is limited.
Each rental includes standard safety equipment and on-site orientation during delivery, so renters receive a quick safety briefing and equipment setup before launching. The offering is designed for self-guided paddling on calm lake waters rather than guided tours or multi-day instruction.
White Squirrel Paddle Boards recommends reserving early to secure preferred dates and equipment. By combining localized delivery, beginner instruction, and flexible equipment choices, the company aims to make stand-up paddleboarding accessible and convenient for both visitors and residents of Transylvania County.
