Adventure Tips

Arrive Early for Boarding

Arriving at the dock at least 15 minutes before departure ensures smooth boarding and luggage assistance.

Even on a shaded catamaran, UV rays reflect off the water, so protecting your skin is important.

Secure Your Belongings

Keep small valuables in waterproof bags to prevent accidental damage from splashes during boarding and disembarking.

Notify Special Needs in Advance

Inform the company beforehand if you require assistance or have mobility limitations to ensure smooth service.
