The outing begins along forest tracks and mangrove fringes, where horses pick their way past roots and shallow streams, then loosens into a beach gallop with surf daring you to keep pace. Later the party moves inland to a waterfall that drops 15–20 meters over rounded volcanic rock, its pool a cool, inviting counterpoint to the sun.
