Sporting Clays and Trap are one of the fastest growing outdoor activities in the world. This workshop brings the excitement of clay shooting, designed to replicate the challenges of a bird hunt. Experience unique clay target presentations tailored to shooters of every level. Join us to learn the art of proper form, stance, muscle memory, gun movement, timing, and accuracy. These skills provide immediate feedback with every shot, as you embark on the journey of "Bust'n Clays." 1.5 hours Range Time Instruction.
$99 per student and classes are kept small in number. Private personalized classes are offered.
Minor participants aged 10 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent. Age 18 and older can participate independently. You must Not have a mental or physical impairment that would prevent safe firearm handling.
Bring a valid driver's license or valid Gov. Identification (ID). Bring your own shotgun for a personalized shooting experience. Ensure you're ready with 50 shells of birdshot 7.5, 8 or 9 shot. Bring your own eye and ear protection. No open toe shoes, low cut shirts or blouses for safety reasons on the range. Water bottles are aloud with screw on type lids.
*Should you forget, Outpost Range provides in-store sales of shotgun rentals for the class, along with a range of ammunition, eye and ear protection.
If you anticipate any issues or delays with arrival, notify the Pro Shop in advance. Only course participants are allowed on the range, sorry no spectators are permitted.
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your workshop to complete check-in smoothly and receive necessary safety briefings.
Closed-toe shoes are mandatory on the range to ensure safety while moving between stations.
Eye and ear protection are required; bring your own or purchase rentals on-site to protect against debris and noise.
Florida’s climate can be hot and humid—carry a water bottle with a secure lid to stay refreshed during class.
