About This Adventure

Experience the vibrant flavors of Spain in Perth with a hands-on paella cooking class! Work in small teams to create delicious seafood and vegetable dishes, guided by an energetic instructor. Conclude your culinary adventure with delightful churros, all while sharing a feast with fellow food enthusiasts. Suitable for ages 14 and up.

Take a trip to the coast of Spain right here in heart of Perth!

Seafood Paella; Vegetabale & Chorizo Paella; Beetroot Salad; Catalan Bread; Orange & Poppy Seed Salad; Churros & Hot Chilli Chocolate Sauce.

Making a paella can be just a little challenging, given the necessity of getting everything from fish and shellfish to chicken and rice to cook together. Learn to time everything to perfection!

And to boot, you get to finish off with Churros! Divine!

In our unique hands on learning environment everyone is broken into small teams and everyone makes a different dish under the guidance of the instructor. You then sit down at the end and share the food in a massive feast.
