Spanish Boat License in Dénia with The Boat School Denia

When reserving your course, you have the option to either pay the full booking amount upfront or secure your booking with a deposit of 100€.

Duration: 4 hours

This combined theory and practical course allows you to obtain a Spanish Boat Licence through Greenwich Náutica in Denia, Spain. It includes an online theory component and a 4-hour hands-on practical session on board. Upon reservation, you'll receive immediate access to our online learning platform to begin studying the theory at your own pace.

What can you do with the licence?

• Operate boats up to 6 metres in length with no engine power limitations.
• Navigate during daylight hours only (sunrise to sunset).
• Drive a jet ski with no engine power limitations.
• Operate within 2 nautical miles (3.7 km) of the coast.

Requirements:

• Complete 4 hours of practical training (achieved in half a day with no final exam).
• Be at least 18 years old (or 16 years old with parental authorization).
• Finish a 2-hour online theory course on our virtual campus (currently available in English and Spanish).
• Provide a medical certificate and pass a psychotechnical assessment.

• Immediate access to our online platform with course materials, self-assessment quizzes, and a dedicated tutor for your questions.
• In-person practical training sessions in Valencia, available in English, Spanish and, subject to availability, French. Please check with us if you require the course in French.
• The issue of your Spanish Boat Licence is included in the price.
• Please note: The psychotechnical certificate, required for the practical component, is not included.
