Tapas are a traditional Spanish way of eating with origins that ostensibly date to the 13th century. They are small appetizers/finger foods, made from a wide variety of ingredients. In contemporary restaurants they are often combined to make a full meal. Our class prepares Tapas with a Southwestern flare.
