At the Crystal Coast Lady Cruises Company, all our cruises sail rain or shine. Our vessels are equipped with climate-controlled indoor decks, ensuring a comfortable experience, no matter the weather.
Dinner Cruises
Even if weather conditions prevent us from cruising, dockside dining will still be provided. In cases of severe weather, the captain may also choose to remain dockside, but you'll still enjoy the full dining service with entertainment.
Weather Impact
While we sail year-round, severe weather or unsafe conditions may lead the captain to alter the route, return to port, or stay dockside for safety. You’ll be notified by email if there are any changes.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for missed cruises. Cancellation Policy: Must be 24 hours prior to departure for refund or rescheduling. Special events (holiday cruises, limited cruises) are non-refundable.
If the vessel does not depart the dock, you will be issued a 35% voucher for the dinner cruise that can be applied toward future cruises.
