Experience a transformative sound bath that guides you on a meditative journey, connecting with the elements and awakening your chakras. Led by certified healer Kaylee Lindsley, this session combines soothing vibrations from crystal bowls, drums, and gongs to relieve stress, enhance focus, and promote healing for a revitalized spirit.
The sound bath can help quiet the mind to take you on a meditative journey connecting with the elements and awakening the chakra centers. The soothing sounds create vibration that will move through body, mind, and spirit to help relieve tension and stress and encourage optimal functioning. Participants may feel more relaxed and able to focus. Some may experience healing that is ready to be cleared. The body may feel lighter and more energetic.
The session begins with meditation to draw awareness into relaxing the body. Then you are guided to connect with an element that will help you to let go and to keep the mind still. Several different sound instruments will be played including crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, drums, chimes, and gongs. These will help quiet the mind and keep you in a peaceful state. At the end we return to a meditation to open up the chakras and prepare you for your best day.

Kaylee Lindsley is certified in Sound Healing, Crystal Bowl sound Healing, Max Meditation, and Ensofic Reiki. She has many years of experience in working with chakras and crystals.
