A sound bath is an immersive sound experience that soothes and aligns your energetic and emotional body and mind into balance! This is done by utilizing harmonic sounds and frequencies generated by crystal bowls and other vibrational instruments. Surrounded by the native ʻōhiʻa lehua forest, you will be guided through a relaxing meditation as a group. All you need to do is show up and your guide will provide everything that you need to feel comfortable and relaxed for this rejuvenating sound experience.
Meet Pam! :) (photo #3) Pam Neil is the founder of Aloha Breathwork where she shares the importance of changing how we breathe to assist us in our inner and outer world by providing breathwork classes, coaching and private sessions for reducing stress, anxiety, sleep issues and also for increasing focus and physical and mental performance.
She also has 12 Crystal Singing Bowls she calls her Bowl Mates and enjoys sharing Sound Baths in groups and private sessions, in Yoga classes, or on the beach.
She has been living on the Big Island since 2018 and has had a weekly Breath and Bowls Sound Bath since 2020 where she shares breathing meditations and the beautiful crystalline sounds of the bowls - two powerful modalities – for an experience that transcends ordinary healing/breathwork sessions.
Her desire to help facilitate people who are searching for something different to create a more peaceful, balanced, and easy life filled with love and joy, one breath at a time.
Pam is a Certified Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor, Certified Conscious Breathwork Facilitator, has a Polyvagal-Informed Certificate for Wellness & Performance Coaching, Life Transformed Certified Coach and Sound and Energy Healer.

No trash receptacles are provided; help keep the Sanctuary pristine by packing out all waste you bring in.
The Sanctuary operates as a privately stewarded cloud forest preserving native ecosystems important to Hawaiian culture and biodiversity.
Visitors are encouraged to follow a pack-in, pack-out policy to minimize human impact and support ongoing forest restoration efforts.
