About the Instructor
Forest Alethea is a sound healer + intuitive reader who helps clients harmonize their beings through frequencies and energy. In her sound baths, she integrates crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments for deep relaxation, balance and connection to the higher self. She has also studied Akashic Records, Soul Therapies, Energy Healing, Reiki, + Yin, and facilitates spiritual gatherings for those on their inner path.
