Our 11.4 Body Glove Stand-up-Paddle Boards are great for beginners and parents with younger ones together. Each hire comes with a paddle and a buoyancy aid per-paddler. Only over 18's can hire boards, but 2, 14-year-old teenagers can share a board. If supervised by a parent and the paddler/s stays within our marked area, then younger children can use a board on their own.
We also have 10.4 Body Glove Paddle Boards are great for those with some experience or smaller adults and teenagers as they are easier to maneuver for a smaller paddler.
Oddicombe is an amazing venue for beginning your journey, learning and practicing Stand-up-Paddle Boarding. Babbacombe Bay is sheltered from the prevailing winds and receives awesome sunrises, attracting a large community of early morning swimmers and SUP'ers.
Oddicombe Beach is always awarded a Blue Flag due to its location away from shipping and powered vessels and is the wilder side of Torbay which sits within our marine conservation zone which is regularly rewarded visits from cetaceans and seals.
