The tour may visit one or two sites, both about a 20 minute boat ride from shore. It generally starts at a place named Koko Craters. This site is composed of partially collapsed underwater volcano tubes.

Accompanied by skilled guides, your little ones will get a chance to witness real-life mermaids gracefully swimming amidst an enchanting underwater world. This unique experience promises unforgettable memories and the opportunity to learn about marine conservation and the importance of protecting our oceans.

Additionally, the boat provides ample seating, shaded areas, and restroom facilities for maximum comfort throughout the journey.

The Sea Turtle Conservationist option is regenerative tourism. You will help document and identify the turtles at the sight under the supervision of a Marine Biologist Dive Professional and earn a Sea Turtle Identification and Population Management certification from Conservation Diver agency taught by marine biologist from Ocean Alliance Project. Conservation Diver is an international organization and you will be able to use your certification to continue monitoring in Hawaii and other locations around the world.

Your guides are experienced Hawaii watermen/women. Besides the instruction and safety they will provide you with, they also have access to large rescue floats you have the option to hold onto. This may be best for people not comfortable in the open ocean. These floats are equipped with underwater propulsion vehicles that can help move snorkelers to the best spots for viewing.
