Os Açores são sem dúvida alguma, um dos melhores destinos para mergulhar no Atlântico. A nossa época de mergulho vai desde Abril a Outubro. Os nossos locais de mergulho são muito diversos e conseguem atender a todas as preferências e níveis de experiência, sendo que temos mais de 20 locais de mergulho entre as ilhas do Faial e Pico.
Os locais de mergulho mais habituais situam-se numa reserva marinha “Monte da Guia” na ilha do Faial e para nos deslocarmos ao local de mergulho utilizamos sempre um semirrígido, pois ficam aproximadamente 5 minutos da nossa base. A temperatura das nossas águas variam entre os 20-24ºC nos meses de Verão, portanto um fato húmido de 5mm ou 7mm normalmente é o suficiente.
A vida marinha na ilha do Faial e Pico é fantástica! Terá a oportunidade de observar curiosos Peixes-Porcos (Balistes carolinensis), Meros (Epinephelus marginatus), Vejas (Sparisoma cretense), Polvos e Moreias entre as rochas e também espécies pequenas como nudibrânquios coloridos, entre outros.
Se não tem certificação de mergulho, também oferecemos viagens de snorkelling nos locais de mergulho, ou então um batismo de mergulho, onde é sempre acompanhado por um instrutor qualificado que irá cuidar de si debaixo de água.
