A low-slung boat slips out of Vlora’s harbor and the city noise fades; the sea takes the wheel and the Karaburun Peninsula grows like a raw coastline on the horizon. Within 30–45 minutes the boat noses into Haxhi Ali Cave—a hollow in limestone where light and shadow argue over the water. The cave’s acoustic hush makes every splash sound deliberate; the sea dares you to jump in.
