Rage rooms have been clinically proven to reduce stress and help reduce anger- it’s that simple.

30 minutes. Please arrive 10 mins early to gear up! Please note when booking, the system only allows for a booking if the room is available for that group size. If it is not showing, you will need to try for a different time or day as that time/experience is sold out.
About
Smash Room is a room designed to vent anger and destroy items within the room. Clients can break items by throwing them against hard surfaces or destroy items by smashing them with tools. These tools include sledge hammers, baseball bats, or crow bars.
Smash Room Includes Rage room items as well such as: Stabbing station, Bashing station, Hitting/Kicking Station, and of course glass/electronic breakables!!!
Rage rooms consist of various household or office items including glass breakables, keyboards, printers and more.
Safety Equipment provided includes: coveralls, Gloves, and Face Shields & Goggles.
Closed toed shoes required!
