Ticket Collection on the day of your tour at 9.30am for the tour at 11:30 and 11:45 (or earlier!) for your tour at 14:00 from our Ticket Center in Fussen Train Station.

Tour inside Neuschwanstein Castle is 30 minutes.

Allow for additional 15 minutes to visit balcony and kitchen area of the castle.

Covid Restrictions: Please note: Surgical masks are required to enter the castle.

  • Book your Skip-the-Line ticket with us.
  • Tickets must be collected at 9:30am from our office on the day of the tour.
  • The tickets are original tickets and not online-tickets.
  • Skip the long lines and go straight to Neuschwanstein by walking, horse carriage or shuttle bus (bus only goes in the milder months).
  • The official castle tour lasts 30 minutes.
  • After the official tour inside Neuschwanstein, you can explore the kitchen area, watch a short film on Ludwig´s plans and enjoy the spectacular views from the castle balcony.

Please note: this tour does require a medium level of fitness and is not suited for limited mobility.
