The route is flat and wheelchair-accessible; ramps and paved surfaces are used, but notify the operator in advance for any special assistance needs.
If the monument is closed by the National Park Service the ticket cannot be refunded by the operator, but NPS may honor entry on another day with the original ticket on a first-come basis; check status before arrival.
