You step off the warm marble of the Mall of the Emirates and into a cool hush: a carved valley of white where artificial snow pushes at the glass and the slopes dare you to move. Ski Dubai compresses an alpine day into a contained landscape—five runs of varying pitch and length, a first-of-its-kind indoor black-diamond option, a scenic chairlift and a Mountain Thriller ride that punctuates the experience.
