About

Journey with your guide via E-bike on a scenic ride along the historic waterfront of Skagway, Alaska. After a short ride you will arrive at Centennial Park, the unofficial Gateway to the Skagway Historic District! This is also a great opportunity to grab a photo with the famous White Pass vintage locomotive and rotary snowplow. Continuing down historic Broadway Street, learn about the origins of some of the turn of the century buildings including the Arctic Brotherhood Hall, The Golden North Hotel, and White Pass Train Depot.

Skagway has always been known as the Gateway to the Yukon and the Klondike Gold Fields. Let's take an opportunity to see what all the fuss was about and pan for some authentic Klondike gold! Our next stop at Alaskan Fairytales will provide an opportunity to search for some authentic gold during an interactive demonstration. Learn the do's and don'ts of gold panning and go home with a unique Alaskan souvenir. After "filling" your pockets with gold we'll get back on our bikes for a ten minute ride to the "Gold Rush Cemetery". Learn about the forefathers of town and the epic fatal duel that would determine the fate of Skagway. This stop also provides an opportunity to visit Lower Reid Falls, a majestic waterfall tucked away behind the cemetery. After enjoying the falls, let's put our E-bikes to the test as we take a 15 minute ride to the City Overlook.

Perched on a bluff almost 800ft above town, this picturesque stop will provide you with a bird's eye panorama of Skagway, and the Lynn Canal. Learn about how the Skagway valley and the longest deepest fjord in north America was formed.
