This powered gravel site is a great spot to park up for a night or two, especially with it being one of the closest sites to the toilets, showers, small communal kitchen, laundry and the geothermal pools.

This 5m x 3.2m Powered site for Campervans only. Up to 5 people can stay here. Minimum day rate includes a booking for 2 people .This site is close to the stream that goes past the hot pools and with in 30 metres of the amenities block.

  • Pools begin to drain at 7.15pm and are closed at 8pm
  • Reception Hours are 10am to 7.30pm
  • Check in is 2pm unless you purchase an early check in when booking.
  • Check out is at 11am.
  • Sorry no Wifi Available and cellphone reception is limited.
  • $4 washed and Dryers ($2 coins only). Soap power is available at reception
  • No dump station on site. Closest is Rotorua.
  • Drying Shed is located near site 12.
  • Absolutely no drones
  • No pets during public holidays (long weekends) or peak season (1st December - 31st January).
  • All persons must wear swim wear appropriate for public bathing.
  • Children must be actively supervised at all times.

CAFE

  • Open for coffee and hot food from 11.30am - 6pm. Hours are subject to change based on busyness of the complex.
  • Menu available on request.

No smoking or vaping permitted in campground within any part of the complex at any time. Smoking permitted main driveway area only.

On-site water is available but limited; bringing extra fresh water ensures comfortable camping.

Bring Swimwear and Towels

All visitors must wear appropriate swimwear in the public pools—pack accordingly for daily soaks.

Respect Quiet Hours and Pool Closing Times

Pools close by 8 p.m.; plan your bathing sessions accordingly to respect community and maintenance schedules.
