Policies

  • It is very important to arrive early to the park, as it regularly reaches capacity the same time it opens during peak visitation. Thus, arriving at or before is crucial. Paddle reservations more than 30 minutes late will be cancelled and boats will be reassigned.
  • LATE FEES For any vessel returning late there is a flat fee of $25 followed by $1 per minute
  • You must stay in your boat with life jackets on and fastened at all times during the rental. For your safety, swimming and landing at any other beach is not allowed, including French Landing. Boarding other boats or exchanging passengers is also prohibited.
  • Must be 18 years or older to book. PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR EACH RENTER 18+ YRS OLD. COPIES ARE NOT PERMITTED. Minors must have a legal parent or guardian present in the party. Must be 14 years or older to be in a single kayak with adult supervision.
  • Alcohol may not be brought into the State Park or onto our vessels. We reserve the right to inspect coolers prior to departure.
