• Your first stop? Santa’s Reindeer Barn, where you’ll meet a brand-new friend—Vixen! Help her work her reindeer magic and open the next portal into the heart of the North Pole: the Elf Workshop!

• Inside the workshop, the North Pole's Head Elf will introduce you to the North Pole Magical Blueprint Experience, where, with a little Christmas magic, a wooden toy appears before your eyes! Each child gets to be part of the magic and take home their very own, one-of-a-kind North Pole creation.

• Next, stop by the Northern Most Mailbox, the chattiest mailbox in the world, to drop off your letter to Santa himself! Once the final portal opens, you’ll step into Santa’s cozy living room for a personal, heartfelt meet-and-greet. Santa already knows all about your little ones, making this the most personalized and magical Santa experience ever!

• Don’t forget to capture the magic! After your visit, you’ll receive 4-6 professional photos, but self-photography is always welcome—our elves are here to lend a helping hand!
