Step into a world of holiday magic with an exclusive, elf-guided journey through three enchanting levels of the North Pole!
Your adventure begins with the Naughty-or-Nice Spirit-o-Meter, where you’ll discover whether your Christmas spirit earns you a spot on Santa’s Nice list—or if a little more holiday cheer is in order!
Then, buckle up as you board our North Pole Elfavator, soaring through the skies to the magical North Pole. But this is no ordinary ride—help our playful in-flight Elf activate the portal that transports you directly into Santa’s world!
Your first stop? Santa’s Reindeer Barn, where you’ll meet a brand-new friend—Vixen! Help her work her reindeer magic and open the next portal into the heart of the North Pole: the Elf Workshop!
Inside the workshop, the North Pole's Head Elf will introduce you to the North Pole Magical Blueprint Experience, where, with a little Christmas magic, a wooden toy appears before your eyes! Each child gets to be part of the magic and take home their very own, one-of-a-kind North Pole creation.
Next, stop by the Northern Most Mailbox, the chattiest mailbox in the world, to drop off your letter to Santa himself! Once the final portal opens, you’ll step into Santa’s cozy living room for a personal, heartfelt meet-and-greet. Santa already knows all about your little ones, making this the most personalized and magical Santa experience ever!
Don’t forget to capture the magic! After your visit, you’ll receive 4-6 professional photos, but self-photography is always welcome—our elves are here to lend a helping hand!
Get ready for a holiday experience like no other, where every moment sparkles with magic!
Every holiday season, hundreds of families make the magical journey to Balboa Island, where the streets are transformed into a winter wonderland of twinkling lights and extravagant Christmas displays.
Imagine creating a new family tradition—strolling around the island, sipping warm cocoa from the Balboa Market, marveling at the festive scenes, and finally stepping into a world of holiday magic like no other. At the heart of the island, hidden away from the hustle and bustle, lies Santa's North Pole Cottage, an immersive and personalized Christmas experience designed to leave you and your little ones absolutely spellbound.
Once Upon a Christmas brings the magic of Santa Claus to life like never before. Say goodbye to long mall lines and rushed photo ops, and instead, give your children an unforgettable experience where Santa already knows their names, their Christmas wishes, and even what the Elf on their Shelf has reported back! The moment they step into Santa's cozy living room, by a crackling fire, they will know they’ve met the real Santa Claus. The entire experience is crafted to ignite wonder, excitement, and belief in the magic of Christmas.
Your adventure begins as a magical "Elf-avator" whisks you away to the North Pole Reindeer Barn to talk to one of Santa's silly reindeers, followed by a magical portal that whisks you straight into the Elf’s Workshop, where your child can help build a special toy. Finally, the grand finale—enter Santa’s private living room for the most enchanting, personal visit you’ve ever dreamed of. Santa knows it all! From last year’s presents to this year's hopes, your little ones will be amazed at just how magical and all-knowing Santa truly is.
