Everything that makes renowned Waikīkī a unique and exciting place is celebrated at Pāʻina Waikīkī! A unique dinner party lūʽau setting where the vibrant stories of Waikīkī’s legendary eras come to life through festive mele (songs), hula and the highest caliber of Polynesian performing arts.

Woven throughout the distinct eras of Waikīkī are the stories of its legendary surf, Hawaii’s royal families and their historic summer homes, the golden era of the beach boys, hula girls that captivated the world, and the exciting Samoan fireknife dance and how it became a part of the lūʽau spectacle in Waikīkī.

The rich cultural and natural beauty of Waikīkī is highlighted in songs and dances of the life-giving streams that still flow into the heart of Waikīkī today, and the tender stories of Hawaii’s beloved monarchs, their love for their people and this famed place.

Meet our kamaʻaina, our local islanders who will share with you some of the hana noʻeau (cultural arts) they grew up with here in Waikīkī. Kui lei – string a floral adornment perfect to wear for the evening’s festivities. Tatau Pasefika – tattoos can be found all throughout Polynesia. Learn about its significance and perhaps brave a temporary tattoo for the Pāʻina. And hula of course! Pāʻina Waikīkī is full of music and hula and so we invite everyone to join in

Produced by Hawaii’s largest, longest running entertainment company, (Tihati Productions) Pāʻina Waikīkī features award winning Polynesian performing musicians, dancers, & artists including World Fireknife Champions, as well as adorable keiki performers. All sharing the stage to bring this Pāʻina to life.
