About

The Short West Loop winds through the hills and ridges with great views of Joshua Trees and wildlife. We come down into a beautiful sandy wash to ride up to Burnt Hill that leads into the Burnt Hill Trail. From there we slowly descend back to Black Rock Canyon Campground and back to the ranch.

Age Limit

For ages 14 or under, we require the completion of a junior ranch experience at our ranch in order to assess their horseback riding abilities before they can participate on the trail ride.
