About

Explore New Zealand's premier wine region on this 4 winery tour from Picton. Visit four different wineries in the Marlborough wine region, stroll through the vineyards, and sample wines such as Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. The wineries we visit will differ depending on bookings available for the day. We aim to show you a good range of what is available in the Marlborough region. This small-group tour is limited to 11 people and it tailored to the needs of people coming off the Cruise Ships who may have different timing requirements to our standard daily tours. Our tour guides are locals who love Marlborough and Marlborough Wine, and they will provide you with interesting and witty commentary throughout the day.

One of the stops on the tour is for lunch ( at your expense). We usually have time for a quick stop at the Boutique Chocolate Factory before returning you to Picton.

These tours are designed for Cruise ship passengers as we are well aware of your time requirements and we will ensure you are returned to Picton in time to catch the shuttle bus back to your ship.

What's included

Visit 4 Cellar doors for wine tasting ( tasting fees included) and the chocolate factory for a small sample of chocolate with kiwi flavours. Enjoy lunch at one of our beautiful winery restaurants ( at your cost, time permitting)

Please note

We are not able to come into the port so if you are on the larger cruise ships you will need to catch the shuttle buses that are put on to take you out of the port to the Picton I Site ( 5 minutes), or if you are on the smaller cruise ships that berth closer in behind the Ferry Terminal, you will need to 'follow the blue line' a short 5 minute stroll to the Picton I Site where all tour operators will be waiting for you.

Adventure Tips

Arrive Early for Seamless Shuttle Transfers

If you're arriving by cruise ship, catch the shuttle bus to the Picton i-Site early to join the pickup smoothly.

Prepare for Wine Tastings

Drink plenty of water and pace yourself to fully enjoy multiple tastings over the course of the day.
