About Wildlife Kayak Tours with SHEA Seacoast Science Center’s Wildlife Kayak Tours partnered with the Seabrook-Hamptons Estuary Alliance (SHEA) to offer a kayaking route, launching from Hampton Falls, NH! This route begins at the Depot Road boat launch in Hampton Fall, NH, and explores the vast intertidal salt marshes of the Seabrook-Hamptons estuary. Look out for wildlife both above and below the surface, including ospreys, horseshoe crabs and more, while learning about local ecology, natural history, and conservation from the experts at SHEA.
Parking: The boat launch is located on Depot Road in Hampton Falls, NH. When you turn onto Depot Road - located across from Lincoln Avenue, continue driving through the residential area until you reach the end of the road. You can park in the parking lot at the end of the road, or you can turn around and park facing west along depot road. SSC staff members will provide a parking pass during check-in.
All other logistics for our Seabrook-Hamptons Estuary route are the same as all other Wildlife Kayak Tours hosted by Seacoast Science Center. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the trip to check in and set up your gear.
Thanks to generous support SHEA received from Kennebunk Savings Bank and US Fish and Wildlife Service we are able to offer the Hampton Falls Estuary paddles at the reduced member rate of $30 to all.
