About

The Morning S.I.P. (Sharing Is Power) is a Women’s Share group that meets over coffee and conversation. Under the guidance of Certified Life Coach Rachel Stokes, women have a unique opportunity to experience the wisdom, support, and sharing of other women’s thoughts in a safe environment. As a S.I.P. group member, you have the freedom to learn more about yourself as you gain support, insight, and perspective from other members in a non-judgmental setting.

Advantages of Being in a Share Group:

  • Remember that you’re not alone. Most human problems and struggles are universal.
  • Be encouraged to give and receive support, encouragement, and perspective. We help ourselves when we help others.
  • Settle into a safe place to receive supportive feedback and try on new ways of thinking about things.
  • Gain the guidance of a Life Coach but for a much smaller fee than private sessions.
